Job Description:We, at Zolo (www.zolostays.com), are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Executive who has the ability to think customer backward to plan, strategize and execute all necessary activities for sales and marketing campaigns for Zolo properties in a specific city. The Executive would be end-to-end responsible for complete revenue generation in the city. Who are we? Zolostays is a chain of fully managed long stay accommodations. We are currently present in Bangalore, Pune, Kota, and Chennai and fast expanding to other geographies. Our managed living solutions are looking to elevate the traditional paying guest accommodations/service apartments/hostels, and offer all kinds of basic and luxury living amenities and with a promise of high quality. Some of the prominent features include fully furnished rooms, hygienic and healthy food, daily housekeeping, internet facilities, security etc. The aim is to provide a completely hassle-free living experience to working professionals, students etc. What is the role? Designing and Implementing offline Marketing Campaigns: Evaluate needs, define and implement key brand promotional projects (e.g. brand building programs for Zolo properties, mailing drives, advertising/promotional campaigns, offline events/kiosks, briefing documents for sales etc.) Aligning and coordinating with central online marketing activities: Define marketing and promotion needs of the city for digital marketing activities, to be run centrally by digital marketing team.& amp nbsp Lead Generation & amp amp Sales Conversion: Identify the right channels and source various sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails Data Analysis: Measuring efficacy of campaigns vs targets achieved. Every initiative should have a forecasting of the customers targeted and a detailed analysis of the actual customers converted How could you qualify for the role? Prior Sales and Marketing Experience: Core experience in offline sales and Marketing is a must experience in real estate, insurance, and banking Personality: High Energy, go-getter, and a proactive personality. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently, take end-to-end responsibility and accountability of results. People Management Experience: The person should have a prior experience of dealing with mid-level teams and should be able to monitor, review and report on all Sales and Marketing activities and results. Other Must-haves? Educational Background: MBAs would be preferred Conveyance: Ability to ride and own a two-wheeler is a must Basic Computer Skills: MS Office Languages: English and Hindi is mandatory Remuneration? Salary anywhere in the range of Rs. 3 LPA to Rs. 5 LPA (depending upon experience)
