Job Description:What is expected out of you? Should be Single Point of contact to ensure delivery accountability for client. Coordinate shift, and on-call resources, ensuring any issues escalated to the team are serviced with in a timely manner, to make the support be made available and ensure different functional groups do not work in silos within the team. Review team functioning & resource utilization. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, to include offshore and onsite leadership. Adopt industry best-practices in IT operations and support processes. Should interact with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into action items accordingly. Set direction for the teams and work with the Top Management to define and implement new/refine existing policies and working practices in line with the support requirements. Proactively bring innovation and new ideas to the organization and considering the enterprise-wide strategic view in all IT decisions. Support (and help refining) the Global Support Model ensuring all processes and infrastructure supporting those processes are fully documented, of the highest quality, fully understood and communicated within and outside the team where appropriate. Responsible for ensuring work delivered by the team meets agreed production standards, and are dealt with within current SLA timeframes. Evaluate all non-standard work and projects to understand the implications and scheduling impacts as a gatekeeper to ensure production cycles not adversely affected and SLAs are met. Lead efforts to implement global standards in all aspects of the Operations role, working with colleagues across the globe. Ensure the team to have the necessary information and tools to be effective in their roles, as well as creating training plans for all members of the team. Investigate new technologies/processes and how they could be implemented within the team, assisting in designing/promoting project proposals in conjunction with the Leadership (Onshore/Offshore). Work independently, work with business to gather requirements, prepare technical specification documents. Adhere to internal processes & tools to deliver new projects, programs. What should you possess? Education qualification: Prefer B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc Computers or any Graduate. A minimum of 10-15+ years of IT industry experience. Relevant experience of 3-5 years in Salesforce is required. Nice to have handson technical experience in Salesforce. Problem resolver and out-of-box solution oriented approach is the key success factor for the Potential candidates. Should possess excellent written & verbal communication skill. This individual is responsible to Lead & Manage the Development and Support team. Work closely with senior management and internal/external customers to deliver support, including definition/ongoing reviews of SLA/OLAs. Knowledgeable about the Salesforce applications functionality, tools, templates and methods and able to setup the system to meet the desired business process and requirements is preferred. Goal oriented with high standards for quality and performance. Prior consulting experience is a definite help. Able to interact with customers, remain as escalation contact point, articulate subject requirements into business language. Ability to mentor and manage team members. Salesforce expertise with proven communication, analytical and problem solving skills to support the day-day Operational process and ongoing business functions. Ability to support multiple projects environments simultaneously. Ability to think logically in solving problems and to present recommendations in a clear and concise form as part of the ongoing Customer Support. Flexible to adapt to work in different shifts and also able to support in different time zones on rotation-basis.
