Job Description:Role:Manager Product Marketing Kurla Mumbai Work Experience:10+ Year Experience Number of Positions: 1 Place of Posting :Kurla, Mumbai Reporting:Sr. Global Product Manager, Dispensers Salary: Up to Rs. 18.0 Lac PA Purpose of Position: Responsible for market management activities including brand development, marketing communication plans, product penetration strategies for dispensing products, services and solutions , in MENA and SEA Regions , designed to strengthen the companys brand perception as a leader in the market. Oversee implementation process and provide quality control for communication materials, media activities and special events. Leads trade public relations and advertising efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop coherent perspective to evaluate market needs and trends to design appropriate promotional and distribution programs in MENA and SEA Regions . Gather market specific inputs and recommend actions concerning quality, delivery, service, and distribution needs for dispensing systems, in collaboration with direct and channel sales team of the Region. Develop and maintain competitive landscape and provide inputs for risk mitigations, value propositions and product road map reviews. Work with regional sales team for funnel and opportunity reviews for dispensing products, identify product related bottlenecks to progress and implement appropriate counter measures. Work with regional Sales teams to develop marketing communications strategies and action plans to meet revenue and margin goals. Manage all aspects of sales and marketing collateral , including case studies, press releases, brochures, newsletters and email marketing. Develop advertising messages, sales promotions, and marketing programs and coordinate the work of outside agencies. Develop relationships with trade associations and trade press in order to deliver effective media relations programs. Develop and execute digital marketing programs like Search Engine Optimization/ SEO and PPC strategy in collaboration with digital marketing team , to maximize companys share of voice and drive revenue. Analyze SEO data and trends to draw implications and recommendations. Own the companys social media presence, including content strategy, feedback into organization, and metrics. Identify opportunities, set strategy and organize involvement in MENA / SEA industry events, trade shows and retailer conferences. Develop and track ROI metrics for advertising and promotion programs to ensure proper allocation of budget resources. Performance Measurement: Revenue and margin objectives including Product Revenue. Brand surveys- Net Promoter Score. Effectiveness and coverage for communication programs and Return on Investment/ ROI. Digital marketing metrics.
